Reporting to the Director of Training & Staffing, the Training Manager leads the strategic coordination of multiple Training Academies. This role emphasizes developing a unified training system that supports workforce growth while maintaining high training standards and compliance. Collaboration with Program Managers and field leadership is key to ensure the academies meet industry requirements and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Training Academies
• Establish and maintain operational standards for training
• Ensure compliance with training documentation and regulations




• Monitor training effectiveness through data analysis
• Support academy expansion and integration initiatives

Requirements:
• Education in Training, Education, or related fields preferred
• Minimum 5 years in progressive leadership roles
• Experience in multi-site operations and workforce development
• Understanding of adult learning principles and documentation systems
• Ability to lead and coach training personnel effectively
