Become a Clinical Support Worker at Phoenix House, focusing on recovery and support for clients in a part time role. Help manage client intake and develop supportive environments.
In this pivotal role, you’ll report to the Sr. Manager MHSU, contributing to an integrated services team. You will assist new intakes, support established care plans, and monitor residents to foster a therapeutic community. Your engagement will be crucial in implementing effective social interactions and managing emergency situations when they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recent client intakes and program orientation
• Document client progress and uphold care plans
• Monitor medication schedules and health documentation
• Supervise resident activities and enforce house rules
• Keep the facility organized and maintain safety protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma and community service certificate
• Minimum one year experience working with marginalized populations
• First Aid certification and valid CPR
• Criminal records check completion
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
