Make a difference as a Community Inclusion Worker with Pacific Coast Community Resources, fostering independence for individuals with disabilities. This role empowers clients to engage in fulfilling social, vocational, and volunteer opportunities in their communities.

As a vital member of the team, you will ensure that supported persons live with dignity and self-determination. You'll coordinate their involvement in various activities, promote positive relationships, and advocate for their rights. Your experience in managing challenging behaviors will play a crucial role in their development and wellbeing, emphasizing personal growth and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for rights and respect of individuals
• Foster community participation for supported persons




• Develop and implement individual service plans
• Keep accurate records of daily activities
• Engage with families and community members positively

Requirements:
• Community Support Worker Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in health/social services
• Valid BC Class 4 or 5 Driver’s License
• Current First Aid/CPR and Food Secure certifications
• Clearance for working with vulnerable populations
