We're looking for a committed Mental Health Worker to provide housing and shelter services across our locations. This role focuses on case planning, emotional support, and advocacy for clients experiencing homelessness or housing challenges. Candidates should have experience addressing complex social issues and understand the barriers faced by these individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tailored case plans for clients
• Offer daily emotional and physical support
• Respond to emergencies and administer Naloxone
• Facilitate referrals and advocate for services
• Collaborate with team members for client support

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human or Social Services
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Certification in Emergency First Aid with CPR Level C
• Successful completion of Criminal Record Check
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems
