This full time role reports directly to the Assistant Parts Manager. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will leverage your 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience to direct order picking, shipping, and inventory management. Your leadership will ensure safety and efficiency in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily warehouse operations and staff
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and dispatch
• Oversee inventory tracking and warranty claims
• Train warehouse team in procedures and safety
• Maintain a customer-focused operation setting
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years warehouse experience
• Proven supervisory skills in a warehouse setting
• Forklift certification preferred
• Knowledge of the HD truck and trailer industry an advantage
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
