Working under the Maintenance Supervisor, you will maintain PBCFSI facilities by conducting inspections, performing minor repairs, and managing building maintenance supplies. Experience in various maintenance skills, including carpentry and plumbing, is essential. You will also keep logs and records while contributing to a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventative and predictive maintenance on facilities
• Conduct non-licensed inspections of fire equipment
• Perform minor repairs, including carpentry and painting
• Manage inventory and maintenance logs effectively
• Fulfill other necessary duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Journeyman certification or relevant diploma in maintenance
• Minimum three years’ experience in a maintenance role
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
• Ability to provide a criminal background check
