This position within our Integrated Program focuses on delivering both individualized and group support for clients facing complex mental health and substance use issues. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and offer comprehensive service planning. Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and conduct clinical assessments
• Manage treatment plans and facilitate navigation




• Provide evidence-informed individual and group therapy
• Lead monthly team meetings to discuss patient care
• Document client progress and treatment adjustments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree related to mental health
• Active registration within a regulatory body
• Proficiency in treatment methodologies like CBT and DBT
• Robust leadership and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of legal frameworks in mental health
