As the Inside Sales Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of Sales. Your main responsibilities include processing orders, providing customer service backup, and managing data within ERP and CRM systems. Establishing solid relationships with small to medium-sized customers is key, as you will actively promote SOPREMA's diverse products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls from clients effectively
• Accurately enter orders and payments into the system
• Follow up on deliveries and returns proactively
• Work in collaboration with Sales representatives
• Maintain accurate data through CRM engagement
Requirements:
• College certificate in sales or admin-related field
• Relevant 1 to 3 years of experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Robust verbal and written English communication
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
