In this role, you'll work alongside the HSE Manager to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. You'll develop and maintain comprehensive HSE systems and deliver training to cultivate a robust safety culture. Collaborate with team leaders and support incident investigations to continuously enhance safety performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain HSE management systems to meet regulations
• Conduct regular audits and inspections with corrective follow-ups
• Manage environmental compliance and waste management programs
• Provide training on HSE policies and practices
• Oversee incident reporting and compensation processes
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HSE experience in construction
• Post-secondary in Health and Safety/Environment
• Detailed knowledge of provincial regulations and codes
• Familiarity with HSE standards like ISO 9001
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
