Drive tenant engagement as a Calgary Tenant Experience Manager at Oxford. This role offers an 18-month contract dedicated to enhancing amenities programming and community connections.

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating tenant experiences that foster community within Oxford's Calgary office portfolio. You will manage events, optimize customer experiences in shared spaces, and lead the Passport YYC program. Collaborating with internal teams will be crucial as you create impactful experiences that resonate with tenants’ needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate tenant engagement events and programming across facilities
• Ensure amenities and common areas are best-in-class
• Lead the execution of the Passport YYC experience program




• Develop and distribute engaging tenant communications
• Analyze tenant feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in tenant or customer engagement
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Solid project management capabilities
• Familiarity with tenant engagement platforms preferred
