Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the return of lost articles to guests
• Catalogue and secure guest and staff valuables




• Provide guest services in person and via phone
• Complete guest lost article reports and data entry
• Offer administrative help with filing and reception duties

Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
