This permanent part-time position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to support health promotion and chronic disease management in community-based environments. Your expertise will facilitate comprehensive home care and health education, building robust community partnerships along the Vancouver Island coast. Travel by various means is essential to reach multiple NTC regions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct health assessments and education for individuals and communities
• Facilitate immunization clinics and postpartum support
• Manage chronic diseases and provide clinical interventions




• Collaborate with community members to improve health outcomes
• Apply knowledge of epidemiology and population health

Requirements:
• RN license from the BC College of Nurses
• Experience with First Nations is an asset
• Knowledge of electronic patient record systems
• Valid BC Driver's license and vehicle for travel
• Provide acceptable references and a background check
