Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and Design, to deliver new features and enhancements
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help drive best practices for software design and development
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and system reliability




- Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems
- Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and contemporary development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
