What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) As a Pharmacist on our team, you will deliver the "Mint Experience"—thoughtful, compassionate service and clinical care that puts patients first. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Patient Care & Clinical Services:
Conduct clinical assessments, manage chronic and acute medication therapy, and provide comprehensive patient counseling.
Clinical Interventions
Administer injections and vaccines, adapt and renew prescriptions, and manage drug therapies to optimize patient health outcomes.
Dispensing & Quality Assurance:
Oversee the accurate preparation, packaging, labeling, and dispensing of medications, ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
Work closely with local physicians, clinics,
and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate seamless transitions of care.
Healthcare Education
Serve as a trusted drug information resource for patients, caregivers, and fellow healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements) We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and compassionate professional who meets the following criteria:
Education
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
Licensure
Active Pharmacist license (or immediate eligibility for licensure) with the
College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (CPBC) .
Injection Certification
Valid certification to administer injections in British Columbia.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with pharmacy software (experience with
Kroll is highly preferred) and electronic health records.
Background Check
Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search prior to employment.
Soft Skills
Robust clinical judgment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a collaborative team player mindset.
