Hand Stone Polisher is responsible for polishing, finishing, and detailing stone surfaces to meet quality and appearance standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a production or shop environment.
Key Responsibilities Hand polish stone materials using polishing pads, abrasives, and hand tools Inspect stone surfaces for defects, scratches, or imperfections Perform edge finishing, smoothing, and final detailing Maintain consistent quality and meet production deadlines Operate polishing equipment safely and according to procedures Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety policies and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) Communicate quality issues to supervisors as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time on a concrete floor Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to bend, stoop, kneel,
