Responsibilities

Be part of our wonderful team, come build the future with us!

Located in the west of the Island of Montreal, the Marguerite-Bourgeoys School Service Centre (CSSMB) is a true engine of education in Quebec. With over 12,000 dedicated employees and nearly 72,000 students spread across 103 establishments, we form a large community where every day counts.

As the second largest school service center in Quebec, the CSSMB stands out with an impressive graduation and qualification rate of 90.4%. Here, pedagogical innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration are much more than words: they are concrete actions every day.

In our schools, diversity is a living wealth: our students come from over 160 countries and speak more than 150 mother tongues. Each establishment is a place where cultures, talents, and ambitions meet.

To meet the challenges of today and tomorrow — student mobility, capacity, educational success, and inclusion — we are looking for committed leaders wishing to take on a role of school principal or assistant principal.

Stimulating challenges. Real impact. A human mission.

The CSSMB works closely with the Centre for Pedagogical Intervention in a Context of Diversity, a key player in research, transfer, and staff training, to support educational excellence.
