Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and highly motivated ABA Therapist to join our growing team. This role involves delivering direct ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings across Kitchener/Waterloo Region and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings.
- Implement individualized treatment programs and behaviour support plans.
- Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
- Implement evidence-based ABA strategies
- Build positive, respectful relationships with learners and families.
- Work independently while following clinical direction.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and communicate concerns appropriately.
- Use person-centered and trauma-informed practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Autism and Behavioural Science, Behavioural Science, ABA, Psychology, or a related field,



or currently working toward a Master’s in ABA/related field.
- Previous direct ABA experience required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism.
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes and communities.
- Available for after-school/evening hours.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Willing to travel approximately 30 minutes from Kitchener-Waterloo.
- Able to provide a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check/police check.
- Able to provide two qualified references from relevant professionals/supervisors.
- First Aid/CPR is considered an asset.
