Controller Location: Tillsonburg, Ontario (on-site) Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 Our client is a well-established manufacturer in Southwestern Ontario with a growing multi-entity footprint spanning Canadian and international operations.

As the business continues to scale, they''re looking to bring on a Controller to take ownership of the accounting and financial reporting function -someone who can be both the steady hand on the ledger and a trusted strategic advisor to leadership.

What Our Client Has to Offer Competitive base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 Extended health and dental coverage Life insurance and Employee Assistance Program Company pension/RRSP program Safety boot allowance A senior, high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership The opportunity to shape financial systems and controls as the business grows The Role Reporting into executive leadership, the Controller will own the full accounting operation -from day-to-day transactional oversight through to financial strategy -across the company and its affiliated entities.

You''ll lead close and reporting, drive budgeting and forecasting, safeguard the business through strong internal controls, and act as a trusted financial partner to ownership and management.

What You''ll Do Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, inventory, cash management,



and the general ledger Prepare and review financial statements across multiple Canadian and international entities Lead month-end and year-end close processes Build and deliver financial reporting packages for ownership and executive leadership Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements to profitability and cash flow Own the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, including financial models supporting strategic initiatives Track budget-to-actual performance and flag risks and opportunities Ensure compliance with Canadian and US accounting standards and tax obligations Design, implement, and monitor internal controls Lead all external audits and government reporting requirements Mentor and develop accounting team members Drive process improvements and support ERP/system upgrades What You Bring Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field CPA designation 5 - 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior accounting or leadership role Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Multi-entity or international accounting exposure considered an asset Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP/accounting software experience Experience with Sage 300 or similar systems considered an asset Solid leadership, communication, and analytical abilities This posting is for an open vacancy currently available within our client''s organization.
