This is a full-time/permanent role on site.

Convert company-wide objectives into practical plans for each location, including staffing needs, weekly priorities, and follow-up actions to address gaps.

Establish consistent approaches for onboarding, training, and performance management in partnership with external HR support.

Monitor key operational and financial indicators such as shop capacity, labour efficiency, repair volume, average transaction value, margin performance, and service conversion.

Partner with location leaders to improve scheduling, workflow organization, pricing discipline,



and overall productivity in the service bays.

Work closely with senior leadership and finance partners on budgeting, forecasting, margin review, and explanations for operating variances across locations.

Oversee quality assurance activities, including site reviews, issue tracking, root cause investigation, and implementation of corrective measures.

Maintain high standards for customer service and compliance by tracking repeat repairs, warranty concerns, customer feedback, satisfaction results, and online reputation metrics.

Lead weekly operating reviews, prepare location-level and consolidated reporting, and ensure action items are completed within agreed timelines.

Manage vendor relationships, equipment upkeep, inventory practices, and the proper use of approved tools for inspections, reporting, training, and workflow control.
