We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in professional alterations, fittings, garment construction, and working with high-end and designer clothing.

Responsibilities

● Perform high-quality alterations and repairs on men’s and women’s garments.

● Take accurate measurements and perform professional fittings.

● Complete basic and complex alterations, including hemming, resizing, sleeves, waist/seat adjustments, tapering, jackets, dresses, suits, and garment reconstruction.

● Work confidently with delicate and high-quality fabrics.

● Use industrial sewing machines, sergers, blind-stitch machines, and skilled tailoring equipment.

● Ensure excellent fit, finishing, and attention to detail.

● Communicate professionally with customers and understand their alteration needs.





● Complete work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements

● 5-10 years of professional tailoring/alteration experience preferred.

● Excellent hand and machine-sewing skills.

● Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and fabrics.

● Experience with high-end brands and designer garments is strongly preferred.

● Ability to perform complex alterations independently.

● Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
