Elevate McCain’s talent strategy in Florenceville, Recent Brunswick as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role centers on recruiting early-career talent via innovative campus initiatives.

In this temporary full-time position, you will report to the Manager of North American Early Careers. Your focus will be on creating impactful relationships and managing the recruitment process for interns and co-op positions. Helping to design a world-class intern program, you will play a crucial role in bringing in top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process at McCain.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop partnerships with universities and student organizations • Manage candidate interviews and recruitment activities • Execute campus recruitment strategies and career fairs • Coordinate onboarding for new talent • Support intern-to-full-time conversion processes

Requirements: • 2+ years in recruitment or related roles • Bachelor’s degree is essential • Proficient in organizing multiple priorities • Strong skills in Microsoft Office • Excellent passion for candidate experience
