The Role We are seeking a passionate, adaptable teacher to lead our multi-age classroom (Grades 1–6) in a collaborative co-teaching environment. You will design flexible, engaging lesson plans across multiple subjects while building strong relationships with a diverse group of learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver student-centered curriculum aligned with Alberta learning standards.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and academic levels.
- Co-teach and collaborate closely with colleagues to support overall student development.
- Foster a Christ-centered, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Active Alberta Teaching Certification
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
- Strong knowledge of the Alberta K–6 curriculum
- Alignment with our School Statement of Faith and a personal life reflecting the fruits of the Spirit
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-grade dynamics and diverse learning needs
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
