The Team

Lead reports to the Operations Manager and oversees a dedicated team of operators and maintenance staff. Balancing hands-on duties with mentoring, you'll support employee development and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Your role is pivotal in fostering accountability and continuous improvement within the plant's operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operators and maintenance staff for safe operations
- Drive performance by tracking metrics and implementing improvements
- Oversee maintenance planning and contractor coordination




- Champion health, safety, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient resource use Requirements:
- 5+ years in a leadership role within an industrial setting
- Level 4 Wastewater Treatment Certification or ability to obtain
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of mechanical process operations and maintenance best practices
