Property Maintenance Crew Member – Year-RoundGPSR Property Maintenance – Port Severn / Georgian Bay Area

GPSR Property Maintenance is looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our growing team as year-round Property Maintenance Crew Members.

This is not just a seasonal position. Our work changes throughout the year, and crew members will have the opportunity to work across a variety of property maintenance services including lawn care, cleanups, exterior property work, general maintenance, and winter snow removal.

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, show up when they say they will, and are interested in becoming a dependable part of our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on the season, work may include:

Spring / Summer / Fall

- Lawn mowing and lawn maintenance
- Spring and fall property cleanups
- Leaf removal
- Garden and property maintenance
- Trimming and pruning
- Exterior and window cleaning
- Material delivery and moving materials
- Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, equipment, and materials
- General labour and property maintenance
- Operating mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other outdoor equipment

Winter
- Snow plowing and snow clearing
- Snow blowing
- Shoveling and hand work
- Sanding and de-icing
- Operating trucks, tractors, and snow removal equipment
- Property and equipment checks during winter operations

What We’re Looking For A valid driver’s licence is required for this position.

- Hardworking and comfortable with physical work
- Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew




- Able to follow instructions and work safely around equipment
- Willing to learn new equipment and skills
- Professional and respectful when working around clients and their properties

Previous landscaping, lawn care, construction, property maintenance, general labour, equipment operation, or snow removal experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. Experience operating trucks, trailers, commercial mowers, tractors, snow plows, snow blowers, or other equipment is a major asset.

Pay & Opportunity

Competitive hourly pay based on experience, ability, and responsibilities.

There is room to increase your pay as you become trained, take on more responsibility, and become capable of operating equipment independently.

Additional hours may be available during busy periods and winter storms.
