Flodraulic Controls Ltd Canada is a leader in Hydraulic Sales, Service and System design we provide custom solutions in the mobile, industrial, electrification (off highway) markets. With offices across Canada, we are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Kamloops.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the development of the sales strategy and planning to include customer target accounts, prospecting, sales leads follow up, promoting service and maintaining a strong relationship with new and existing customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is met and exceeded through the delivery of technical advice and support, trouble shooting and providing a solution to inquiries as they a rise.

Qualifications/Experience

- 3-5 years experience as an outside sales representative in Fluid Power or Industrial Markets an asset.
- Fluid conveyance (hose and fittings) an asset.
- Proven negotiation, presentation, selling and closing skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics and pneumatics.
- Strong computer skills with basic understanding of data,



proficient in excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Strong relationship management, networking and account strategy capabilities in a diverse multi-account environment.
- Valid class 5 Drivers license.

Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
