We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our presence across Southern Ontario.

We offer flexibility in territory assignment based on the successful candidate's location, with opportunities covering Southwestern Ontario, the Niagara/Golden Horseshoe region, or the Highway 401 corridor from west of Milton through to Windsor.

About The Role The Technical Sales Representative will play a key role in driving business growth by representing ReapAir’s products, services, and values to both existing and prospective customers. This individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term success.

This position reports directly to the General Manager, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in the industrial compressed air sector.
- Prepare and present tailored technical proposals and quotations to clients.
- Build strong relationships by understanding customers’ business needs and future requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients in alignment with company guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Service and Parts teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and activities in CRM systems.
- Attend trade shows, site visits, and other client-facing events as required.
- Support the Sales team in achieving broader company goals as needed.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of successful B2B technical sales experience (preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing).
- Experience in compressed air systems, rotating equipment, or a technical/mechanical sales environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial/commercial client needs and sales cycles.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.
