Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full time reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our client''s warehouse team.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, order picking, inventory control, material handling, and customer service .
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, managing inventory, handling materials, and ensuring warehouse operations run safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities: Material handling Moving spools Relocating piping from pallets to standing racks Shipping/receiving duties Lifting up to 50 lbs Packaging/order picking Maintain clean work area Answer the phone and customer inquiries Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling,
and arranging for carrier pickup Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries Inspect incoming shipments for damage or defects Resolve any discrepancies or issues with shipments Ensure compliance with all safety regulations Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience an asset Previous shipping and receiving experience is required.
