Wild Rose School Division invites applications for the position of Principal,duties will commence at the end of October 2026.

We are seeking a leader who exemplifies a dynamic, collaborative leadership style in an environment of positive interaction with all education partners who will model the mission, vision, and values of Wild Rose School Division.

Candidates will possess or be working towards a post-graduate degree in educational leadership or related field.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience with teaching and school leadership, demonstrated expertise in the area of instructional leadership and possess the strong communication skills necessary to the collaborative structure of our school division.

They should also have a strong understanding of the Team-oriented Response process.

Charlotte Small Elementary is a K-6 school with approximately 250 students located in Condor, Alberta.
