As discussed, Please share BA Payments profiles for Mississauga, ON location.

This is a fulltime role with LTM and client is Citi Bank.

Also, It''s an onsite-hybrid role. I don''t have the exact JD but below is the Client feedback of rejected candidate on BA Payment role.

Consultant claimed he worked on financial reporting, payments and cards.

His resume shows at least 6 years of hands-on experience.

However, he could not name the ISO standard used for payments or reporting.

He said he is very comfortable with SQL. I gave him a scenario and asked him to tell syntax of a straightforward select query.

When he answered, I asked him to share screen and check the error message and resolve it.

He was allowed to use google or any other online SDQL query validation tool.

He could not correct the syntax error in select statement despite that tool showing the exact error on screen.





In another scenario-based question, I asked him about how he would handle a contingency.

His approach was to start development and takes about a week which does not fit well in real life with handling contingency.

He claimed he works on JIRA hands-on, day-to-day basis and follows agile.

When I asked him basic questions about JIRA, he confessed that he never created JIRA issues and his scrum master does it for him based on emails sent to the scrum master e.g. no hands-on exposure.

He was able to respond to questions related to another scenario for volume-based contingency, but that too was purely from business perspective and no technical acumen demonstrated from his response.
