Role: Crystal Reports Developer (Migration Specialist)Location: Brampton, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)Job Description:Analyze| design| develop| and maintain Crystal Reports solutions for business reporting needs.Review existing Crystal Reports developed on Oracle databases and migrate them to SAP HANA environments.Understand and interpret complex data models| relationships| schemas| and datasets.Redesign and optimize report queries for HANA performance standards.Perform report conversion| validation| reconciliation| and deployment activities.Execute end-to-end migration testing| including data validation and report comparison.Conduct performance testing and tuning of reports to ensure optimal execution times.Troubleshoot reporting issues| data discrepancies| and performance bottlenecks.Collaborate with business stakeholders| data architects| and database teams to gather requirements and validate outputs.Develop migration documentation| technical specifications| and support materials.Ensure reporting consistency| accuracy| and compliance with organizational standards.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with SAP Crystal Reports development and maintenance.Solid understanding of Data Models| Data Sets| relational databases| and reporting architecture.Proven experience in Crystal Reports Migration projects.Experience performing:Data ValidationPerformance TestingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) supportStrong SQL querying and database analysis skills.Experience identifying and resolving report performance issues.Ability to validate data accuracy between source and target environments.Strong analytical| troubleshooting| and problem-solving skills.Preferred / Good-to-Have SkillsExperience with Crystal Reports on Oracle Database.Experience with Crystal Reports on SAP HANA.Hands-on experience with Oracle to SAP HANA migration projects.Understanding of SAP BusinessObjects reporting workplace.Knowledge of HANA calculation views| analytical views| and performance optimization techniques.Familiarity with ETL processes and data migration methodologies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
