Adecco is currently hiring a Production Associate for a full-time opportunity in a food manufacturing environment in Belleville, ON .

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in food production, food processing, packaging, quality inspection, warehouse operations, and manufacturing.

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for packaging, labeling, weighing, and preparing food products for shipment while ensuring product quality, food safety, and production standards are met.

Pay Rate: $17.60/hour Location: Belleville, ON Shift: 5:30 AM - 2 PM or 5 PM Job type: Temporary | Full-time Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy .

Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and food safety standards are met.

Bag, vacuum seal, label, and package products accurately.

Weigh products and apply required labels and product information.

Box and palletize finished goods for shipment.

Record product and cart weights and maintain accurate production records.

Move products and packaging materials throughout the production area.

Cut product ends and ensure products pass through metal detection systems.

Assist team members with production activities as required.





Perform additional duties assigned by the Supervisor or Lead Hand.

Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in food production, food processing, packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is considered an asset.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions and food safety procedures.

Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Basic math skills for weighing, measuring, and recording product information.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, safety-focused, and quality-oriented.
