We are seeking for a Business Planner to support our clients team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, turning complex information into transparent action plans, and helping projects move forward.

Location: Surrey, AB Salary: $80,000$90,000 Vacation: 3 weeks Work Arrangement: Hybrid after 3 months of probation What Youll Do Support strategic and business planning initiatives Coordinate cross-functional projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables Work with leaders and stakeholders to define project goals, risks, and requirements Organize planning meetings, track action items, and monitor progress Support change management, process mapping, training, and communications Help identify issues, coordinate solutions, and support risk mitigation Promote strong project management and governance practices What You Bring 5+ years in strategic planning, business analysis, project management,



or a related field Degree or certification in Business, Commerce, Technology, Project Management, or similar Strong communication, organization, analytical, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with stakeholders at all levels Comfortable working through ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex projects Experience with process improvement or software evaluation is an asset Work Schedule The first 3 months are fully onsite, 5 days per week .

Following probation, the role may transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and up to 2 days remote , subject to manager approval.
