Configure RSA Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, dashboards, reports, notifications, and access controls.
Translate business requirements into Archer configurations and support key GRC use cases such as risk, compliance, audit, policy, issues, and third-party risk.
Manage data feeds, imports, exports, and user administration to maintain platform accuracy and governance.
Troubleshoot issues, support testing, upgrades, and enhancements, and create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
Provide documentation, user support, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful platform adoption 2 4 years of RSA Archer administration, configuration, or development experience.
Solid knowledge of Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, dashboards, reports, access controls, and data model concepts.
Good understanding of GRC processes, requirement gathering, troubleshooting, and platform support.
What are the top 3 skills required for this role? 1.
Experience with Archer modules such as risk, compliance, audit, issues, policy, or third-party risk management. 2.
Familiarity with Java
Script, SQL, REST APIs, Archer integrations, and SDLC/change management 3.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOC, or PCI-DSS; Archer certification is a plus.
Additional Information: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users.
