The Work Assess business requirements for enhancements or new functions/modules under a technical and functional lens and provide relevant feedback Interact with Temenos by reviewing technical and integration requirement documents as well as functional/technical specification documents Communication across all levels of the Temenos organization from executive to system administrator Control and Manage the life cycle of project bugs and minor enhancements/improvements Assess, plan and estimate application changes in coordination with tech and business teams Administration and setup of Development and Test environments of Temenos Core Banking Application.
Configuration, Administration & Troubleshooting of T24 multi-server high available architecture. COB (Close of Business issues) troubleshooting includes Year End, Month End & Daily COB Support & COB Optimization.
Deploy and generate BCON packages requested by the environment manager.
Interface and coordinate with Temenos for technical support and any issue reported during project lifecycle Project Execution perform tasks under the directions of the Manager of IT and/or according to a project plan in a way such that the timeline of the project is observed, and the requirements of the task are satisfied.
Responsibilities Act as a technical reference point for T24 with existing Agile PODs Manage and communicate issues.
Work with internal partners (PODs) + vendors to triage and resolve issues Design and develop L3 level features for T24 transact, the candidate is responsible of writing code that complies with enterprise guiding principles (i.e. performance, scalability, security) and TEMENOS coding standards.
Can propose, document,
and align solutions through high level and detail design for various temenos layers Support application rollout and upgrade initiatives and document as needed Follow change control processes soup to nuts Apply business and technical expertise to ensure cohesive functional & technical delivery Ensure solutions and delivery will meet the Banks needs, this includes performance, scalability and security Plan and manage the technology delivery of one or more projects/ products Measure, analyze, and improve delivery metrics (ex: velocities, burn downs, trends, quality, etc.), with a goal to establish continuous flow Solve technical problems; remove impediments Let''s talk about you Have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science Have 5+ years of Temenos T24 experience Have 3+ years of TAFJ Have 3+ years of R17+ versions of T24 Have extensive knowledge and expertise of SAFe , retail modules (especially, Account Arrangement), and web service modules (including TWS, TCIB, & IRIS) Preferred experience with T24 Canadian Mobile Banking Preferred experience working in a Canadian banking or regulated financial services environment Preferred experience in Database administration .
Comprehensive deep domain knowledge in Lending and/or Online Retail Banking Robust understanding of Cloud deployments type and service models .
Good problem-solving skills.
The incumbent is expected to interact with everyone including executives and thus good verbal and written skills are important.
