Responsibilities

- Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and repairs on various vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on customer vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tire-related tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and potential issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Engage in sales activities by recommending additional services or products as needed.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred.




- Strong mechanical knowledge related to tire maintenance and automotive systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
