This key role involves addressing tenant inquiries, conducting building inspections, and facilitating exceptional living conditions. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you will ensure both safety and comfort for residents while being proactive in maintenance and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster excellent relationships with tenants and contractors • Address complaints and reports efficiently and professionally • Conduct regular inspections of the building and grounds • Manage maintenance needs and communicate findings • Perform light maintenance and cleaning functions
Requirements: • 2+ years as a Resident or Building Manager • Basic computer proficiency; Yardi knowledge is a plus • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism • Availability for flexible schedule and emergencies • Excellent oral and written communication skills
