• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with the daily management of the housekeeping department
• Participate in the assignment and coordination of team members’ work
• Monitor room status and housekeeping tasks
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain the hotel’s standards
• Support and assist employees with their daily tasks
• Communicate effectively with the hotel’s various departments
• Respond to guest needs and requests in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and health and safety regulations
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment
