Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of university degree or equivalent experience Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes Minimum of 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience Insurance Industry experience (Personal lines preferred) Test Automation Clear demonstration of the following core competencies: Excellent planning and organizational skills Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Process-oriented approach / creating and maintaining artifacts Excellent time management skills/ability to establish priorities Must be a team player Self-starter with the ability to work independently Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities
