Job Description Description: The client is looking for an analytical support profile for the project office, focused on controlling portfolio activities rather than managing or delivering projects.

The recurring keywords (controlling activities, financial forecasting, budget tracking, task assignment) indicate a priority on monitoring rigor and proficiency with a corporate tool, not project leadership.

The role reports directly to the Director of the Project Office and acts as a support partner for the team, without decision-making authority over deliverables.
