If Yes, a Control Goods Certificate will be required. : Yes Responsibilities The role we are offering you: Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives Lead and deliver crossfunctional CI projects aligned with strategic priorities.

Apply recognized methodologies and tools including Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, A3, 8D, BPM, Design Thinking, and Kaizen events to deliver measurable improvements.

Plan, facilitate, and lead Kaizen events to accelerate problem solving, process optimization, and team engagement.

Training & Facilitation Develop, maintain, and facilitate CI training and workshops aligned with hightech industry best practices.

Design and deliver Kaizen event training, including preparation, facilitation techniques, and postevent sustainment.

Facilitate Kaizen events,



problemsolving workshops, root cause analyses, and process mapping sessions to empower teams to improve their own processes.

Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring Coach and mentor CI specialists, ambassadors, and business teams.

Support leaders in adopting CI principles, tools, and behaviors.

Act as a trusted Senior Specialist on operational excellence and transformation topics.

Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor CI project progress, benefits, and KPIs.

Prepare structured project updates and executivelevel reporting.

Cross

Functional & Global Collaboration Collaborate with multiple CAE sites and functions worldwide.

Influence stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement, and value delivery.

Agility & Prioritization Manage multiple priorities with flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced setting.

Qualifications Our ideal candidate has: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering (technical or business) or equivalent experience in continuous improvement in a similar role.

At least 7+ years of professional experience in lean, continuous improvement, operational excellence and/or combined with management, industrial engineering and/or project management.

Relevant experience in workshop facilitation Experience in ''Six Sigma'', ''Lean'', Problem Solving Methodology, business process management (BPM) projects and Transformation.

Pragmatic approach in its efforts to achieve excellence, flexibility, adaptability,
