Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Drive banking/financial services technology initiatives and modernization programs.
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
Manage API, cloud, data, application, and enterprise integration initiatives.
Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
Establish program governance, RAID logs, milestones, and delivery plans.
Identify and resolve technical and delivery blockers.
Required Skills 10+ years of Technical Program Management Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience Active PMP Certification Mandatory Experience with enterprise technology, APIs, cloud, and integrations Robust Agile/Scrum and Waterfall experience Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills Strong risk, governance, and dependency management experience
