We are committed to developing retail professionals who love retail and have the passion and ability to inspire exceptional service.Selling Leader Full-Time Permanent Reporting to: Store Leader Harry Rosen, McArthurGlen We are looking for a Selling Leader to join our Store team.In this role you’ll be responsible for:Drive Sales and ensure KPI’s and top line sales goals are consistently achieved and exceededAssist the Store Leader with execution of Company strategy and sales driving initiativesAnalyze sales and performance data to identify and maximize sales opportunities, new client acquisition and retentionManage relevant non-controllable store expenses (payroll, supplies, security, etc.) and ensure budget efficiencyChampion digital sales tools and resources, and achieve digital sales goalsPlan effective schedules and assist with resource deployment to maximize productivityManage selling costsAct as a partner for performance and drive sales growth by actively participating in the sales processChampion the Customer ExperienceDeliver consistently exceptional customer experience and in-store environmentNurture the Relationship Based selling culture and ensure clientele development standards are prevalent in the storePartner with buyers, communicating constructive product/brand feedback, observations and merchandise needsServe as a primary point of contact for client issues and resolutionsOperational LeadershipMaintain adherence to Health & safety, and LP protocols to protect company assets and stakeholdersOversee the planning and execution of trunk shows, events, and promotions, coordinating with buying/marketing and visual partnersGenerate ideas and propose strategies to maximize sales opportunities for EventsDevelop and maintain vendor relationshipsOversee the store meeting and planning calendarsTraining & Development: Ensure all mandatory training topics and learning campaigns are being consumed,
completed in a timely manner and retainedEnsure that all Onboarding guidelines and best practices are followed to ensure new hire success and retentionIdentify skills gaps and coaching needs of Sellers and Coaches and execute strategies that will elevate their skills to drive sales and build clienteleManage the content, preparation and delivery of PK sessions on a regular basis and ensure that all Associates are present, informed and well versed in the intended messagingIn collaboration with the Marketing team, organize volunteer Champions to promote Fashion Friday content and lead huddles and team activities to educate and energize teamsOversee sales technology usage and ensure team proficiency in these toolsLeadership: Attract, hire and retain the Coaching team and Sellers, Provide on-the-floor coaching and ensure Coaches consistently guide Associates to enhance the client experience and drive sales growth in line with selling principlesDrive high-performing teams through SMART goals and accountabilityIdentify and nurture high-potential team members for future leadership rolesProvide ongoing coaching and one-on-one meetings and conduct regular Assessments (Spring & Fall)Achieve strong employee engagement and continuously improve NPS metricsLead by demonstrating company Core ValuesSuccessful candidates will require:4+ years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity in managing a storeA focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion by training team on elevating both the in-store and online customer experienceA Track record of improving all sales related KPIs within a retail store or department, through the conception and execution of sales strategies through the sales teamExperience in coaching, educating and developing a sales team,
