Dumont Technical Institute , a division of Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research, invites applications for the following position: Sessional Instructor – Trade Mathematics – HETTT (Heavy Equipment Truck and Transport Technician)

Competition Code: 2602 100P HETTT Sep 18 INTERNAL/EXTERNAL Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include instruction and delivery of Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s MATH 169 (Trade Mathematics). Instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering course content, evaluating student performance and providing academic guidance and support. Module is approximately 45 hours in length and is flexible, within standard class hours for days and times delivered. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a four-year Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent,



with sufficient classes in pure and/or applied mathematics to constitute a major (U of S / U of R standards). Candidates must have two (2) years recent relevant business or industry experience or post-secondary teaching experience, subject to approval by Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Must possess robust interpersonal and communication skills; and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse equity groups. Remuneration:
