As part of Lactalis Group, the world's leading dairy company, we remain focused on innovation and quality and are seeking like-minded individuals to join us as we continue our growth journey.Job PurposeLocated out of our Belleville, Ontario plant, the Quality Systems Supervisor has the general accountability for the ongoing development and maintenance of the CFIA recognized HACCP program, Quality Management Systems, FSSC and HALAL programs as well as other associated quality functions.ResponsibilityResponsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of all food safety/quality systems throughout the plant.Support Change Management through documentation changesEnsure compliance to regulatory food safety requirements and programsResponsible for managing and maintaining the Internal Quality Audit Program through coordinating audits,
issuing audit findings and following corrective actions through to completion.Lead external customer and regulatory auditsProvide necessary training within the facility to ensure compliance to the quality and food safety programs. Training includes CCP training, new employee orientation and annual refresher training.
