You will take over files after the sale to ensure compliance, coordinate manufacturing/delivery, and maintain close customer follow-up, in a context of team and tool integration.
Responsibilities concrete deliverables and daily impact Take over files once the sale is concluded to ensure project continuity and quality after-sales service.
Check sales files before releasing orders to prevent compliance errors before manufacturing.
Validate shop drawings, plans, connections, and technical information, then clarify discrepancies with the representative before launching into manufacturing.
Coordinate suppliers and manufacturers to secure manufacturing and delivery timelines.
Actively monitor delays, pending orders, and product issues, then proactively communicate impacts to clients.
Resolve product issues and support the project until delivery and commissioning, as needed.
Manage a portfolio of projects in parallel.
Profile sought essentials for success in the role Demonstrate concrete experience in project management (minimum 3 years).
Master the reading and validation of plans and shop drawings.
Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel, with close and constant follow-up.
Provide solid customer service, focused on follow-up and problem resolution.
Use English at an intermediate level to communicate as needed with English-speaking clients and international suppliers/manufacturers (notably over the phone).
Exhibit rigor and a constant attention to detail.
