Adecco is currently hiring a Boutique Client Experience Associate for a luxury retail environment.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge services, client relations, customer experience, and boutique operations.

As a Boutique Client Experience Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service throughout the client journey.

You will support sales associates, coordinate appointments, provide hospitality services, and help create an elevated in-store experience that reflects the highest standards of luxury retail.

Support appointment preparation, client hosting, product presentation, gift wrapping, and sales finalization activities.

Assist with boutique traffic flow, appointment scheduling, and client inquiries.

Provide hospitality services including refreshments and concierge-style support.

Support quick client service requests, including personalization and after-sales services.

Maintain boutique presentation standards, stock levels, and organization of client service areas.





Assist with incoming calls, appointment bookings, and administrative tasks.

Participate in boutique opening, closing, and special event activities.

Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, concierge services, or a related client-facing environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is considered an asset.

Comfortable using technology and scheduling systems.

Additional language skills are considered an asset.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the boutique during shifts.

Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for training.
