What You’ll Do:

- Diagnose mechanical issues and decide the right repair approach
- Repair or replace parts to get equipment running smoothly
- Test equipment to ensure it meets performance and safety standards
- Keep parts, tools, and repair records organized
- Communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and leadership
- Maintain a clean, productive work area
- Produce high-quality work within expected timeframes

Who This Role Is For:

- Working on small engines
- Automotive or truck repairs
- Motorcycles, ATVs, or similar equipment
- Repairing tools or machinery
- Self-taught hands‑on mechanical work

Preferred (but not required) experience includes:

- Knowledge of 2- and 4‑stroke engines
- Basic understanding of hydraulics or electrical systems
- Comfort diagnosing mechanical or electrical components independently
- Experience using common hand and power tools

Work Environment





You’ll work in a shop setting with occasional exposure to dust or odors.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
