About Our Client We are seeking a talented Senior Business & Data Analyst to provide advanced analytics, data validation, and visualization support for Finance-led initiatives.

This role will transform clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, strategic planning, cost optimization, and operational improvement.

While this position is hybrid, the role will require up to 5 days in the office when required.

Responsibilities Advanced Data Analytics: Analyze complex clinical, operational, and financial data to identify trends, cost drivers, performance opportunities, and risks.

Data Integration & Validation: Extract, integrate, reconcile, and validate data from multiple systems to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

Executive Reporting & Visualization: Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations and translate findings into explicit recommendations for senior leadership.

Financial Analysis: Support forecasting, monthly variance analysis, financial reporting, and commentary for assigned programs and departments.

Business Cases & Special Projects: Lead cost-benefit analyses and financial modelling for cost savings, process optimization, and other strategic initiatives.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve data and reporting processes.

Business Partnership: Work closely with Finance, Operations, Digital & Data teams,



and business leaders to provide decision support and improve operational performance.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 57 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within healthcare, public sector, or a complex operational environment.

Advanced Excel, including Power Query and data modelling, is required.

Power BI experience is strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of SQL is an asset.

Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and business case development skills.

Ability to translate complex data into clear financial and strategic insights.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable working with complex or ambiguous data. AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
