Here are the main responsibilities:Contribute to the identification, assessment, monitoring and tracking of strategic, cross-functional and emerging risks; Conduct risk analyses and provide advisory support in assessing projects, initiatives and strategic matters; Monitor action plans, mitigation measures, indicators and related documentation in collaboration with business partners; Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents intended for senior management and various committees; Support and raise awareness among partners regarding the application of risk management methodologies, tools and standards; Contribute to collecting,
consolidating and analyzing data to provide an integrated view of risks; Research and analyze emerging trends that may influence the business environment and the organization’s risk profile; Collaborate with other risk management teams to ensure a consistent and harmonized approach; Participate in facilitating workshops, working sessions and training activities, as required; Participate in various projects or assignments requiring risk management expertise; Perform any other responsibilities that contribute to achieving the team’s objectives.What could accelerate your success in this roleWe're looking for someone who:Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or another relevant field; Has two to five years ofexperience in risk management, auditing, strategic planning, project management or a related field; Demonstrates a strong interest in strategic issues and organizational risk management, as well as strong analytical and synthesis skills; Stands out for their written and verbal communication skills and ability to prepare executive-level presentations; Demonstrates excellent teamwork, intellectual curiosity and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Has knowledge of the financial services or insurance industry,
