Job Summary

We are urgently seeking motivated and dependable General Labourers to join our agile team!

Important: Training will be provided in Mississauga for 2 weeks. After successful completion of training, the job will be based in Hamilton, supporting operations at a warehouse.

Duties

- Assist with order picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch
- Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing goods
- Perform heavy lifting of up to 50–100 lbs safely while adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Use basic hand tools and assist with various hands-on tasks as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse or construction site to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all workplace, warehouse, and site safety procedures

Qualifications

- Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or construction environments is preferred
- Comfortable with heavy lifting of 50–100 lbs




- Handy with tools and comfortable performing hands-on tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with order pickers or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts
- Willingness to complete 2 weeks of training in Mississauga and subsequently work in Hamilton

Schedule

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Training Location: Mississauga – 2 weeks

Job Location After Training: Hamilton
